Keep it Healthy

We prepare all our food with health given equal focus with flavor. We use non-GMO rice bran oil in all of our fryers which has been shown to have health benefits over other cooking oils. Our chicken has no antibiotics – ever. We skip the breading on our chicken wings (and the extra calories and fat). Our beef is 100% Grass-Fed and purchased here in the Pacific NW. Our salads use organic salad mix. Eggs in our breakfast dishes are cage-free. The list goes on. 

We cater to many diets and provide options for those with allergies, all without sacrificing our bold flavors. Nearly 100% of the menu is gluten-free or has a (delicious) gluten-free option. We offer many vegan menu options including our homemade vegan burritos for breakfast, organic salads for lunch and veggie burgers for dinner. For those looking for keto-friendly, soy-free, or dairy-free options, look no further.

Create the Best Customer Experience

Have friendly and attentive staff. Clean kitchens, clean dining rooms, clean bathrooms – always. Offer unique and artistic restaurant experiences – a Toxic Restaurant should be fun to visit. Provide tables for single, small families, and very large groups. Smartly leverage technology to make it easy for customers to order, get their food quickly and conveniently. 

Constantly Innovate

We opened a centralized prep kitchen in 2019 where we prep most of our menu items. This facility allows us to experiment and, when those experiments go well, to expand the menu. Affectionately known as Toxic Labs, we have introduced a steady stream of wonderful menu additions including keto buns, breakfast burritos, ice cream shakes, a spicy chicken sandwich, and halibut fish & chips. This is a 100% Gluten Free facility.

Keep It Local

We source ingredients locally, whenever possible. And unlike the Big Guys, we’re a Eugene original company. Supporting Toxic supports local businesses.

Care about Community 

We strive to be environmentally friendly – for example, we offer metal straws and compostable utensils & to-go boxes. We donate to local charities, support schools and police. Perhaps most importantly, we support our employees - community starts with one’s own workers. We offer strong wages and health benefits.
